some orthodox and "conservative" people who thinks they do always the right things performed a test named amniocenteses, it enables them to know the sex of the unborn child or foetus. so they asked the doctor who has now no legal right to perform MTP to abort the child. and that's how a test which can be use to know whether the child has any deformities or some kind of inherited disease use to determine whether the child is male or female. that's why the government issued the amendment under which the test is prohibited and the doctor who performed the under some circumstances do not allow to release the sex of the child.
