how the task of checking spelling,grammar & readability can be accomplished?

Proofing section is selected from the dialog box  after clicking on the office button.

We also need to ensure that the check spelling option is enabled.

The red underline denotes any error in spelling.Now on the spell click auto correct  on the menu now if we can find the word then click on it.

Now for readability just need to enable the show readability statistics.
