Plastics are harmful to the environment. Although plastic is a very essential and useful component in our daily life. But it has disadvantages too...

Disadvantages are as follows :-

1. Plastics should not be burnt, if we burn plastic it realeses many harmful and toxic gases. Also the plastic doesnot gets completely burn. Thus it causes air pollution.

2. Plastics shouldnot be burried in the soil, as plastic is non-biodegradable so if we burry plastic into the soil then it will not be decompose and it will not allow the rainwater to seep or percolate into the soil.

3. We should not throw plastics in the road because if plastics are thrown in the road then when it will rain then the plastics will get collected in the drains and thus chokes the drain.
