How the value of pi is 3.14 or 22/7 and who founded it and how he founded it? I don't want silly answer like divide 22/7 to get 3.14!!!!!! (urgent!)

Pi is basically the ratio of the circumference of any circle to its diameter. It is an irrational no. and its approximate value comes around 3.141592653589793238462643383279502884197169399375105820974944592307816406286…

So, for basic calculation purposes, we use pi as 22/7, which as you can see is totally rational and is correct upto just two decimal places, i.e., 22/7 = 3.14285714.

For better precision instead use 355/113 which is approx. 3.14159292 and is much accurate to actual value of pi, upto seven decimal places.
