how things can broke?I mean if the atoms attract each other then why does not they attract each other after they broke????

No, not in the electromagnetic sense, like charge always repel while unlike charges always attract. However, under the action of short-ranged strong nuclear forces, like charges do attract to a certain limit inside the nucleus.

atoms don't break when things break ...... the things only break when the force on them is more than the force holding the atoms together.
