Answer:
Midday meal is a boon to the poor sections of the society, where parents belonging to a very poor family can send their children to school as the school provides a nourishing lunch free of cost to the students. Not only providing food, the school also provides education free of cost. Parents belonging to very economically backward sections cannot provide proper food to their children, leave alone education, due to shortage of money. More over they prefer to put their children in child labour so as to earn extra money for the family. But mid day meal scheme is blessing in disguise for them, where the children are also given nourishing food, free of cost, in addition to education.
