If the distance is doubled between two objects then the gravitational for them become 1/4 th of original. Reason behind this is

Gravitational Force=(G×M1×M2) / r^2

*Here G is Universal Constant Of Gravitation

*M1 is mass of first object

*M1 is mass of second object

*r is distance between both objects

*Where (G×M1×M2) remains constant because G is Gravitational constant and both mass will not change at all so we can say gravitational Force is inversely proportional to the square of distance between them.
