For this u must see how it generates...see when a person is not having good sanskar he will do things like this only...as per a hindi quote...khali dimaag shaitaan ka ghar...if a person is unemployed he will do all these crimes...
And secondly to abolish dont just them behind bars...give them really hard punishments so that after that criminals dont even think about this....
With technology...apps like gps vdo tracking etc can help and save one's life in difficulty....
