Females can never be equal to males.

Males can never be equal to females.

Everyone is talking about that females and males are equal but it's not that about.

both are different

just take a example see

can you compare a basketball player with cricket player.

no

females and males can be similar not equal.

like basketball player and cricket player as both are from sports.

see with a wider view point.

A work which a male can do female can do of course.

and a work female do a male can do.

but the quality of the work cannot be the same.

there are work which most of the males can do better than females.(I said most of not all)

this is true for females also

there are work which most of females can do better than males.

Now what is gender equality

it means giving equal opportunity.

because they can do a work differently but both of them can do the work .

so equal opportunity should be given.

HOW TO ACHIEVE GENDER EQUALITY

Gender equality is very important in the current society, it aims at equal opportunities for both the male and the female in the competitive society ,gender equality aims at providing equal conditions for both the male and the female especially in the male dominated society

• women should be given equal opportunities to study and realize their dreams
• women should be given chance in the leadership positions ,women who have leadership qualities should be elected into leadership positions
• equal resource distribution, women should also have their share of resources such as land this will empower them
• equal opportunities especially in the technical fields
