formula for the addition of first "n" consecutive natural Numbers,
= n( n + 1 ) /2

when ,n = total number of consecutive natural Numbers

example - what is the sum of first 10 natural Numbers ?

then use ,

sum = n ( n +1 ) /2

here n = 10

sum = 10 ( 10 + 1 ) /2

= 10 × 11 / 2

= 5 × 11 = 55

hope it helps !

thank you !
