☆Convert them into improper fraction. For example, 7 and half. Multiply 7 by 2 and add 1. That gives you 15/2.
☆Then make the denominators common.
☆Add the numbers.
☆After adding, convert the improper fraction again into mixed.
For example, 7/2- 7 will be divided by 2. The quotient will be 4 and the remainder will be 1. So the mixed fraction will be 4 and half.
Hope it helps! :)

First covert them into improper fractions.
For e.g. let 3½ and 2½ two mixed fractions
3½ = 7/2
2½ = 5/2
Now simply add up :
7/2 + 5/2 = 12/2
Here you can even write 12/2 as 6 (on simplifying)
HOPE IT HELPS PLEASE MARK AS THE BRAINLIEST ;-)
