When asking a question or answering one, there is an option( like a paper clip ).
Click on it.

Then it'll show all of your images and before that 2 options to click a picture or draw one.

Sometimes, it is obvious that you can't type anything. Instead of that, you would like to attach an image to the Question. It helps to clear the meaning of Question. As Attachment of Question is important in ques/ans, Brainly has provided a way to do so..
