How to add suffix to convert words to adjective forms?

There are a few rules that need to be remembered while making adjectives.

"al" is a suffix that is used, and when the word has "e" in the end, drop it.

"Natural" from "nature" is an example. "Ful" is another suffix which is used, and if the main word has "y" replace it with "i", e.g., "beautiful" from "beauty".
