Simply, You cannot answer the question when two persons are already answering. However u can join them in chats .

Hey Only 2 persons at a time can give a ans..u can either talk with them in the chat section below the answer...otherwise u cant answer when 2 persons r answering a qn. .mark as brainliest if helped
