First you have to download the app,

then sign in if you are new else login if you already have account in brainly,

then go to answer block and refresh the page there you will get the questions, click on it and below you will get the option to answer click on it and answer it

if it's not letting you to answer means already two person opted to answer so you can't do anything, you have to move to next question, and ya only two person are allowed to give answer as per points equal distribution.

And if you want you choose the subject which you want to answer then at left corner there will be "filter question" option will be there click on it and choose the subject and confirm it, you will get the questions and answer it...
