The interview answer to the question is
I start my day with the warm glass of water, do exercise, have breakfast without skipping and drink lots of water to keep myself hydrated.
Then I have healthy lunch with salad and some snacks in the evening.
And dinner. i go to bed early and wake up early in the morning.
