just motivate them to come class daily and make study as a fun ... for example if their is any poem then let's sing it like a Bollywood song

if there is any maths questions just give them something and make it practical

this will let them enjoy and for student study interesting

Just acknowledge it , I'm not sure if you are happy with it or not but that's still a great effort by your student , its not necessary to reward him/her but its fine if you do , just saying.
