How to approach my Weeb classmates to befriend?

If you're in the same class, ask her a question about something in the class and nonchalantly when she answers your question tell her " wait, didn't I meet you earlier this year? Forgive me, but would you be so kind and remind me of your name? Then you can ask her about how she is liking the class, other classes she is taking, etc. etc....after a few years you can ask her for her hand in marriage ;) kidding!

If he or she loves Animes that's great then.
