To attach a file follow the below steps :
1) Ask your question.
2) In the bottom left corner there is a button of PIN.
3) Click it and select the file.

ask question by searching above in bar
yes, there only text is there. no provision for attachment
there is an option of ask your question
Screen will be enlarged and in the bottom there is option
