just go to the ask portion then click on camera and allow to capture photos from the device

Explanation:
There is an attachment option at the bottom of the screen, you can either take pictures of the answer or select a pic from your gallery. Moreover there is an option to scan and solve question on the ask tab. There you can click the pic of your question and find many answers.
