First u must know the purpose of ur study.
Is that purpose more important than to reply ur friend?
when u get a burning answer ur heart will give u a solution like for example u may want to keep ur mobile silen.
most important thing is the studying atmosphere.

There is the only way to avoid distractions and that is "FOCUS".
And If u are getting distracted and busy at other things then u don't know the value of studies.
So if u will know the values then u can better concentrate on ur studies.

for what u r studying. what is ur aim. u must have a burning desire for that aim and that burning desire will avoid u from distractions

But bro i everytime strongly promise that i will study but at the very next i feel that i should look on to mobile and check the notifications,etc.
