Actually, in a student’s life, sleep can be considered as the deadly enemy as it comes as the biggest hurdle while spending additional hours on studying, especially when the exams are just around the corner. It seems like pulling you back from reaching the desired goal. Sometimes sleep is inevitable once we open the textbooks. When you study with a fresh mind in the morning, it becomes really easy to grab the things but at certain periods like during the afternoon and after 10 pm. Dear students, it mainly happens when you are deprived of rest. At this time you are left with two options, first is keeping the books aside and lie down to take rest and second is fighting against your enemy and keeping yourself awake. But the real matter of concern is that sleeping while studying is too easy, the real deal is to ditch sleep and stay awake.

1.KEEP YOUR BACKBONE STRAIGHT .
2.TAKE A WALK OR CHAT WITH YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS WHEN YOU FEEL SO.
3.STUDY ON CHAIR NOT ON BED.
4.AVOID HEAVY MEALS.
5.DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
6.LEARN BY WRITING.
7.DRINK ENERGY DRINKS.
