Hey mate
As per my personal experience, there is not really a sure shot way by which you can guarantee that no mistakes Will be there.
The only thing that you can do is to try and make a conscious effort to write with full concentration towards whatever you are writing.Obviously, some mistakes may creep in even then.
So the best way is to ALWAYS keep in hand at least 15 minutes for revision. So that you can find out and rectify your mistakes.
Talking about the length of the answer, there's a very simple thumb rule ---- 1 mark equals to 2 points. So if you have a 2 marks question, you should ideally mention 4 points,6 points for a 3 marks question and so on...
Hope it helps!!
For any further board related queries, let me know.. I'll be glad to help!!

Hey....
✔Do your exam with full consternation...don't get diverted.
✔You should read what you are writing
✔You should read as much as you can to increase your Vocabulary
✔And mainly your marks get deducted in Grammatical mistakes....so take care of that.
✔Firstly it depends on which class you are..
✔For example:-
✔The length of answers varies from subject to subject
✔✔Remember to underline the main points it will make your answer more attractive☄
✔Lable the diagrams properly [mainly in bio]
✔Try to write your answer in points...so that it will look more attractive.
