First of all set ur mind in such a way so that you are determined that you will not even look at ur phone during ur study hours.
Secondly u can keep ur phone in silent mode in a drawer so that it is away from ur eyes and mind as well.
But doing all these need determination. And keep motivating yourself that this hour u are going to study and think of nothing else.
