1) we will count no of atoms on left side and right side

left-side

h=3

n=1

o=5

ca =1

right side

ca=1

n=2

o=7

h=2

2) take the compound which is big amongst all of them that is ca(no3)2 (balance this first )

3) make a box around all the compound so that you don't change anything inside

4) balance

2hno3+ca(oh)2-ca(no3)2+2h2o

Now the equation is balanced
