first take fe3o4 the complex compound
and than see no of fe atom in ur rhs
it's 1 so use coefficient 3 in front of fe

now it's become
3fe +h20=fe3o4 +H2
now u need to balance o
so use coefficient 4 in front of h2o as oxygen atom in lhs is 4

now it's become
3fe +4h20=fe3o4 +H2

now only hydrogen atom is unbalanced
so use 4 in lhs of H2 to balance it

now it's become
3fe +4h20=fe3o4 +4H2

now it's become balanced equation

hope !!!! this will help u
