Read Novels: they increase ur imaginative power n make u more creative.
Whenever u write smthin, try to express the same thing in different creative ways.
Learn new words each day.

well do read more books and novels ...it helps u know how to reach ur story while penning it down (that's a sure thing ..)
And always start the story with explaining the setting and explaining the tension or the peace around
Always keep the matter in simple words and easily understandable ... but make the sentence sound heavy in your own twist. ; )
