How to become a bank manager after 12th while taking commerce.
It's my humble request to all don't answer if u don't know the complete process of becoming bank manager.

To be a Bank Branch Manager, you need a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration of finance. You also need at least five years of experience in financial services including previous experience as a loan officer, financial analyst, or assistant branch manager.

if u want to become a bank manager thr most important thing is the talent... Now What to do for becoming a bank manager?

the following steps u have to do after your 12th if you are a commerce student..

⭕️First you have to complete Bachelor degree from a particular university

⭕️After completing the above than you have to apply for P. O exam conducted by SBI and IBPS(remember for giving this exam you have to be Graduate )

⭕️You must have an experience and skill for becoming

⭕️Note the post depends upon tour skill and performance... Leadership most important..

⭕️If you are a simple employee and work as best as you do if the management finds your work attractive they will promote you as a manager..

ELIGIBILITY OF THE P. O EXAMINATION

✔️ you should be a complete graduated student from a particular subject like arts or commerce ..

✔️ you should score minimum 60% in yours bachelor's degree..

✔️ Age requirements from 21 yrs to 30 yrs...

✔️ You have to qualify any particular computer course from a particular university..

✔️ Performance.... do your best...
