By doing a deploma course of fashion designing.
. From universities like NIFT Delhi, many universities are there.... And for becoming a fashion designer you have to do some unique and creative work and practise for to your work more creative and your drawing must be good... So that u can easily draw.. Bcz drawing is very important in this work.

a fasion disiner is not a wasy profession you must be knowing art very well for that you must also be creative and wity to create new disins.

Become familiar with the tools of the trade.
 Fashion designers can't do their job if they aren't able to put their ideas on paper and then make prototypes.
