In Oder to become java professional you have to learn every concept of java and practice.Then main concepts of Core Java are OOPs ,Collection,Exception and Multithreading. But for in case of J2ee you have to get complete knowledge on that and atleast one framework. I will suggest you to go through Javatpoint,tutorailspoint and devjournals.
