Everyone can be a topper and shine, but to achieve this, first we need to have proper concentration on our work, each and every work requires concentration, whether watching tv, or playing or just hanging out, we can concentrate very easily that time with our friends, but when it comes to studies, students get distracted by silly things, so even while studying we should have proper concentration on the subject and focus into it, next comes determination, without having a goal or aim, its worthless to do any work, we should make a firm aim and focus onto it until very end, we should give up everything for that particular thing, and never wait for someone to help or lend a hand, we should always believe, "help yourself". Even if people thinks that you are selfish, don't care, we are not here to listen any other person, rather than to listen in our mind, there i no such thing like heart, to listen, it's just a pumping membrane, all that we do and think then achieve comes through our brain
