Explanation:

Parkour (French: [paʁkuʁ]) is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners, called tracers or traceurs, aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, plyometrics, rolling, quadrupedal movement (crawling) and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation (not to be confused with freerunning). Parkour's development from military training gives it some aspects of a non-combative martial art.Parkour is an activity that can be practiced alone or with others and is usually carried out in urban spaces, though it can be done anywhere. Parkour involves seeing one's environment in a new way, and imagining the potential for navigating it by movement around, across, through, over and under its features.

Parkour as a type of movement was established by the French David Belle in 1988, however the practice of similar movements in various communities around the world leads to discuss the relevance of such an attribution . The discipline was popularised in the late 1990s and 2000s through films, documentaries, video games and advertisements featuring the Yamakasi.

Hey buddy if you want to achive anything there is one way to go from HArdwoRk just Set daily goals for yourself. Always take risks and chase success. Surround yourself with successful individuals. Focus on your goals and make your life goal-oriented. Imagine and visualize yourself being successful

By the way to become a good Traceur you have to . Eat healthy

Food is where we get our energy from, It would be wise to make sure your diet is a healthy one. Do some research and look for a diet that is ideal for you.

2. Rest

Too much training can ruin your body, take time off every once in a while to do other things. For example: You could spend a day reading about Parkour instead of training it.

3. Wear minimalist shoes

Training with padded shoes is not a sustainable choice, they will help you to break jumps but they will also weaken your feet. I recommend minimalist shoes, It will take a little while for your body to adjust to the thin shoes. However, if you plan to train for many years to come, minimalist is the way to go.

4. Land on balls of feet

We should all know to do this, but I thought I would throw it on the list anyways. Save your arches, land on the balls.

5. Perfect the Parkour roll

Devote a great amount of time to practicing rolls, watch many tutorials and master it on all surfaces.

6. Progress slowly

One of the most effective ways to progress is to drill moves. But be sure not to progress through the process too quickly! If you are training 10 foot drops, stick with them until you can do them with ease and comfort. Only then should you amp up the height.

7. Kill ego

Very straightforward, be humble. Pride comes before fall.

8. Reverse block rolls

A rolling technique that can help you to cope with large drops, it is mentioned in the TappBrother's tutorial.

9. Don’t heel strike

While running, stay on the balls of your feet.

10. Split takeoff

Try not to punch takeoff moves, it is not good for your joints.

Hope it helps you.......xD
