2. exersice everyday
3. consalt to a doctor
4. dont be idol keep doing something all the day which will keep u busy and burn more and more calories outta you!!

Firstly of all get to know the reason why are you fat . It might be overeating , consuming junk food or any other . Go for some tests of blood like thyroid. Then start you weight loss plan accordingly . Go to nutritionist and get a diet plan . It will include consumption of fruits , salad instead of heavy food . If don't want to go to nutritionist then make your diet plan yourself or search on internet . Exercise everyday . In morning wake up and drink a glass of warm water and go for jogging or walking . In the evening do other exercises . You might search for exercises on the internet . Don't forget to drink lemon in water everyday . It helps alot . Just add 1 lemon to 1 glass of water everyday and consume it after doing exercises . Try doing dancing etc when ever you are free . It will take time to loose weight but the end result will be good .
