If a person is troubling you through inbox, then you can block or report that user. Just click 'Block/Report User' button on the right corner of Inbox. If they are still annoying you on your profile, unfriend them, and then go to your settings and click 'Preferences', then choose 'I don't want to receive comments from stranger', so that anyone who is not on your friends' list will not be able to comment on your profile. Or you can even take help of a Moderator, if needed.
