to block anyone u will have to click on the three dots which appears above everyone's chat

1)First, you go in Me option.

2)After that , go #message.....

3)If u use app.....Then go to that person who you want to block....

4) three dots are here

5)Just click and two option are comes.

1)Block user /report user.

6)Click block option .....
