To build up India, our nation, we, the citizens, have to be responsible enough to perform our duties properly. The Constitution of India is one of the best Constitution in the world and it provides the highest no of fundamental rights to it's citizens. If we want our country to be clean, then we have to make it clean; if we want it to be free of curruption then we have to make it free of it or if we want to be Pollution free then we only have to make it Pollution free. So we only have to dovlop and build INDIA
