To build up self confident psycology it is very important for a person to know his or her strengths and weaknesses , he should work upon his weakness improve it and not just blame it...

he should be total confident about the his strengths or plus points.If there is any problem analyse it and then solve .

he or she should take part in social activities ,interact with other people and thus try to improve interactive skills

he or she should also be strees free that is can do meditation , join hobby classes , sing song, dance etc
and thus entertain his mind.

to be self confident know yourself
mediate
enjoy your life instead of blaming it....
