heya..... here's how you can calculate BMI
1.divide your weight in kilograms (kg) by your height in metres (m)
2.then divide the answer by your height again to get your BMI

Heya,

Body Mass Index (BMI)

This is the one way to find out if adult are undernourished or overnourished.

This is very easy to calculate.

1) Take the weight of the person in kg.
2) Then take the height of person in metres.
3) Divide the weight by the square of the height.
After doing all this we will get BMI of that person.

If this comes our to be less than 18.5 then person would be considered undernourished. However, if BMI is more than 25, then person is overweight.

This BMI is not applicable for growing children.
