First we see the densities. If density of solid is more than density of liquid, then the solid will sink. Then the buoyancy force is weight of liquid displaced, by the solid.
F = volume of liquid displaced by solid * density of liquid * gravity
= (Mass of Solid / density of solid) * density of liquid * gravity
= (4 /4000 ) * 1000 * 10 = 10 N

If the density of sold is less than that of liquid, then it will float. The force of buoyancy will then be equal to the weight of the sold.
