The formula to calculate the volume of a cylindrical tank is

\pi \: \times r^{2} \times h

Here π is constant value which is =3.14

So we can easily find the volume of a cylindrical tank now the Question is about but to convert it into litter .Ther are two common unit of that is meter ³ and cm³

So when the volume is in cm³ we can first find the volume and then convert it in to litter as follows

1cm ^{3} = 0.001 \: litter \\ \\ \: \: therefore = xcm ^{3} = x \times 0.001 \: litter

And if volume in m³ then we can convert it as follows :-

1m ^{3} = 1000 \: litter \\ \\ \:therefore \: = x \: m ^{3} = x \times 1000 \: litter

Answer:

the volume of a cylindrical tank is .......

\pi \times r ^{2} \times h \\ \\ now..if \: the \: unit \: is \: in \: centimeter \\ \\ then \\ 1cc = 0.001dm \:cube \\ \\ 1leter = 1dm cube \\ in \: this \: way \: by \: changing \: unit \: we \: can \: measure \: by \: the \: help \: of \: formula \: of \: volume
