If Q is the amount of heat to change the state of mKg substance keeping temperature constant then Latent Heat of that substance, L=Q/m. So the dimension of Latent Heat ( i.e, energy) ML^2T^-2 divided by dimension of mass m which is equal to L^2T^-2.
