how to calculate interest for 3000 rupees at 2 percent rate of interest for 10 days?

n= 10/360=1/36
r=2%
p=3000

s.i=
[tex] \frac{p*r*n}{100} \\ \\ 3000*\frac{2 }{100} * \frac{1}{36} \\ \\ =\frac{60 }{36} =1.66 rs[/tex]

interest=p.t.r/100
p=3000 rs
t=10days
rate of interest=2%
s.i=3000*10*2/365*100
   =Rs.1.64 per anum
