Answer:

the given shape is 1/4 ( area of square having a side 20 units - area of a circle having radius 10 units )

don't worry....I have attatched thr figure along with this .

so here area of square with side 20 units ===> 20 × 20 ===> 400 sq units

now area of circle with radius 10===> π × r² ===> π × 10² ===> 3.14 × 100 ==> 314 sq units

now subtract ===> 400 - 314 ===> 86 square units .

now 86 × 1/4 ===> 21.5 units is the required answer.
