How to calculate median and
how to pick l, n, cf, f, and h in the median?
where :-
median = l+(n/2-cf/f)×h.​

First let’s arrange in ascending (or descending) order

1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9

Now as you see its an even number of terms, so we use the formula

M = [ ( \frac{n}{2})2n) + 1 ) th term + \frac{n}{(2)}(2)n th term ] ÷ 2

M = (4 + 6) ÷ 2 = 5

First arrange in ascending of descending order.

1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9

As the total numbers is even we can use the formula

M = (4+6) ÷ 2 = 5
