How to calculate minimum and maximum velocity for satellite?

formula:

$v=\sqrt{\frac{GM}{r} }$

r=radius of circular orbit of satellite

M=mass of the earth

G=gravitational constant(6.67×$10^{-11}$Nm^2kg^-2)

we can still modify it for our ease...

$v=\sqrt{\frac{GM}{R+h} }$

R=radius of earth

h=height of the satellite above the surface of earth
