Just multiply the atomic mass with the number of atoms in one molecule.
For example, Oxygen has atomic mass 16. It has two atoms in one molecule(O2), so, molecular mass = 2*16=18u
Similarly, other calculations have to be done.
Hope it helps.

Hi there,
Steps are:
1.first,Determine the molecular formulae of the molecule.
2.Use the period table to determine the atomic mass of each element present in the molecule.
3.Multiply each element's atomic mass by the number of atoms of that element in the molecule..
That's all..thank .you
