So the top line is one set of gametes, and the line going down the left is the other set, and the middle square of genotypes are all the possible genotypes there are from the gametes. what you now have to do is count up all the same phenotypes and work out the percentage that pprr will make up. So 9 out of 16 will have the dominant phenotypes of both Q and R; 3 will have Q dominant and r recessive; 3 will have q recessive and R dominant; and only 1 out of 16 will have q and r recessive phenotype.  

to get the percentage you divide 1 by 16 which will give you 0.0625 then multiply that by 100, which gives you 6.25%
