How to calculate solute free gas flow rate from given flow rate?

 to generate two gas flows with different flow rates from compressed nitrogen by controlling nitrogen flow's pressure. For one flow, I can measure the flow rate, but another one has much higher flow rate which is out of range of flow meter. Is there anyway that I calculate the second flow's flow rate from pressure? The pressure of two flows are separately controlled.
