Hi there!
So to measure the least count of a voltmeter, you take the range your voltmeter and divide it by the number of divisions on it.
For eg: if a voltmeter ranges from 0 - 3 V and it has 30 divisions, you take 3–0 and divide that by 30
3/30 = 0.1 V
Thanks,
Yashansh
