How to calculate the molecular weight of sucrose??

Molecular formula of sucrose-- C12H22O11

Molecular weight = 12×12+1×22+16×11

=144+22+176

=342

So molecular weight can be calculated as follows,

(12×12) + (22×1) + (11×16) = 342g for one mole

For one molecule it will be 342 ÷ (6.023× 10^23) = (5.68 × 10^ -22)g
